Ladbroke Grove planning approval secured

We are thrilled to announce that our proposals for the Ladbroke Grove development have received planning approval.

This major new mixed-use neighbourhood project represents a major step forward in shaping a new chapter for West London, creating a place that celebrates the character of Ladbroke Grove while delivering design quality, sustainability, and lasting social value.

Our thanks go to our clients, Ballymore and Sainsbury’s and our project partners, Hutchinson & Partners, Maccreanor Lavington, and Spacehub, for their collaboration and shared ambition in bringing this vision to life.

Working closely with local communities, the masterplan has been designed to celebrate the distinct character of Ladbroke Grove while delivering design quality, sustainability, and lasting social value for future residents and the wider community. We are proud to be contributing to the continued evolution of one of London’s most distinctive neighbourhoods.
