Working closely with local communities, the masterplan has been designed to celebrate the distinct character of Ladbroke Grove while delivering design quality, sustainability, and lasting social value for future residents and the wider community. The current delivery programme anticipates a 11-year construction period, with early phases focused on infrastructure and site preparation. The new Sainsbury’s supermarket and the first homes are expected to be complete within five years.
