Celebrating our Dublin studio growth

With project delivery in Ireland spanning more than 20 years, the opening of our dedicated Dublin studio in 2022 marked a significant step in deepening that long-term commitment.

Since then, the studio has grown steadily, developing an expanding portfolio of work across sport, education, housing, leisure, placemaking and regeneration sectors.

To support this growth, the team has recently moved into a new, larger studio space in the heart of the city, providing a fresh, collaborative environment for both ongoing projects and emerging opportunities.

The studio has worked closely with clients, communities and project partners to shape several significant Irish projects, including The Guinness Quarter, Sport Ireland Campus Masterplan, and Dublin City Council’s new Irishtown Leisure Centre. This year will see a number of projects on site, including the National Cricket Centre, National Velodrome and Badminton Centre and Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. Together, these projects reflect our practice-wide strength in planning-led development, complex public sector programmes and commercially informed placemaking.

The Dublin Studio is led by Partner Niall Durney and Senior Associate Aisling Cleary, who have established a strong working culture built on collaboration, technical rigour and a deep understanding of the Irish context. As with all our projects, the Dublin team works closely with colleagues across FaulknerBrowns, enabling knowledge-sharing, specialist input and scalable delivery when required.

“Our studio in Dublin enables us to build strong relationships, understand local priorities and work in genuine partnership with clients and communities. We’ve grown a talented team in Ireland who are deeply engaged in the places where we work. Our new studio space reflects that growth and provides a strong platform for the next phase of our journey.”

“Our growth in Ireland is rooted in long-term commitment. Investing in local capability allows us to support clients more closely, respond more effectively to complexity, and deliver projects that create lasting value. The Dublin studio plays an important role within our wider practice and in how we deliver the best service to our clients across multiple sectors.”
