Curated by The Developer in partnership with Design Council, The Pineapples celebrate great places. Places that thrive; where people want to live, work, play, shop or learn.
Riverside Sunderland is an ambitious masterplan for regeneration that we designed in collaboration with Proctor & Matthews Architects and MawsonKerr Architects for Sunderland City Council and development partner igloo Regeneration. It is intended to invigorate the existing city centre, creating a vibrant urban quarter which will attract new businesses and homemakers; creating a new, environmentally conscious, forward-thinking, zero carbon community.
