Albion Square

Albion Square is a mixed-use development and urban park in Hull city centre. The project will bring new homes, offices and retail space to Albion Square, and uses the concept of ‘rewilding’ to create a new, natural green space for residents and local people.

Our design focuses on repairing the city’s urban fabric. New buildings are arranged around the park to restore historic street frontages and corners. An important piece of public art, the Three Ships Mural by Alan Boyson, is also sensitively incorporated into the development facing King Edward Square.

The project will create more than 200 new homes around the new urban park, where lush green spaces, water features, seating and play areas will create an oasis in the city centre.
